5. Do you accept return or exchange?

We'll gladly accept new or unused items purchased on DTKNailSupply.com. There are some exceptions, so please read carefully our return policy at this link.    

6. Why are Kiara Sky dipping powder, gel & lacquer non-returnable/non-exchangeable?

Due to Kiara Sky Manufacturer's Return Policy, Kiara Sky Dipping Powder is final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reasons. 
Note: Kiara Sky’s dipping powder jar does not have a seal liner.

7. Why are Clearance items non-returnable/non-exchangeable?

Clearance items are Final Sale, so we cannot accept return/exchange for them.

8. How much is it for the restocking fee?

The restocking fee is 10% on the total amount of an order. Restocking Fee would subject to the following types of Return Request:
- Buyers change mind, buyer remorse, or price difference.
- Buyers return item(s) due to reason(s) other than defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect item(s).
- Buyers refuse delivery due to reason(s) other than damage during shipping.

9. When would I receive my back-order items?

It will depend on when we receive a new shipment from the manufacturer. However, we will ensure that your waiting time is not too long. Otherwise, we will notify you and a refund will be issued.

22. How long does shipping take?

We aim to process your orders within 1-3 business days and have them delivered within 3-5 business days after the shipping date.  However, during our business seasons (i.e. holidays), the processing time may take up to 3 business days.

23. Do you offer FREE shipping?

Yes. We offer FREE shipping for orders over $75. **For shipping to Canada, please contact us for the shipping quote. Shipping quotes are based on the size and weight of your shipment.

25. How do I check the status of my order?

It usually takes 1-2 business days for processing your order, and 3-5 business days for shipping your order.  Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number from us. 35. What is the difference between DND and DND DC?

They are both from the same company DND.  DND line includes only Gel and Lacquer; this line offers more glitter colors than the DC line. DC line includes Gel and Lacquer. The size of DC bottles is 20% bigger than the DND.

36. What is the difference between SNS Gel Base and Gelous Base?

SNS Gelous Base is recommended to use on natural nails because the liquid is thinner. SNS Gel Base is recommended to use on nail tips because the liquid is thicker.

37. What is the difference between UV Lamp and LED Lamp?

LED us still a UV light, just a different wavelength UV is strong enough to cure gels formulated for an LED lamp but LED is not strong enough to cure gels formulated for a UV lamp. LED light’s curing time is faster than UV light, so it equals less time one is exposed to harmful radiation.  

38. When will an item be back in stock?
