V Beauty Pure at DTK: a gel and acrylic system from one brand
V Beauty Pure builds two systems that most nail techs run side by side: soak-off gel polish with its own base and top coats, and an acrylic system made of polymer powder, EMA liquid monomer and acid-free prep. Because every piece carries the same brand, a tech can stock one label for both services and know that the base, the colour and the finish were designed to work together.
DTK stocks more than 150 V Beauty Pure listings. The grid on this page holds the gel polish colours and the 1.5 oz colour acrylics from the Acrylic System, including Victoria's collection shades, Excite Me, Hidden Pleasure, Kandy Land and Poster Girl. The rest of the line, from nude cover powders and clear to liquids, prep and kits, sits in the collections linked in each section below, so you can build a full order without searching brand by brand.

More than 60 numbered gel shades in 0.5 fl oz (15 mL) bottles, from soft nudes and jelly-style tints such as #159 Jelly Cake and #129 Glaze to deeper statement shades like #212 Stargazing and #240 Turning Violet. The formula is highly pigmented, so most shades reach full colour in one or two thin coats, and it cures under both LED and UV lamps.
Three bottles finish the gel system: the Gel Polish Base Coat, the Non Wipe Gel Top Coat for a glossy, tack-free finish, and the Non Wipe Matte Top Coat for a soft matte surface. The matte top also works over acrylic and nail art, which makes it useful on both sides of the menu.
The Acrylic System comes in core, cover, clear and colour powders. The colour jars in this group, such as Bad N Boujee, Excite Me and the Victoria's collection numbers, are finely milled and self-leveling, built for overlays, full sets, fills, 3D designs and encapsulation. Bad N Boujee is also sold in a larger 3.5 oz jar.
The workhorse cover and clear shades (Glamorous Nude, Classic Nude, Perfect Nude, Luxe White, Super White and Crystal Clear among them) and about 35 small 0.5 oz pigment jars for colour accents are listed in the all-brands acrylic collection, next to the other acrylic brands DTK carries.
The V Beauty Pure Acrylic Liquid comes in an 8 oz starter bottle and a 32 oz salon size. It is an EMA monomer, MMA-free and low in odor. The two prep bottles, Nail Prep Dehydrator and Super Bond Primer, are 0.5 oz brush bottles, both acid-free and both air-dry with no lamp.
Kits group shades that are used together. Kit 1 pairs Lustrous Pink, Luxe White and Glamorous Nude; Kit 2 pairs Prettiest Pink, Super White and Perfect Nude; Kit 3 pairs Soft Touch, Classic Nude and Clear; and Kit 4 is an ombre kit with one pink, one white and a Non Wipe Gel Top Coat.
Which V Beauty Pure product do you need?
- Gel manicures only: one Base Coat, one Non Wipe Gel Top Coat and the colours you sell most. Add the matte top if clients ask for a soft finish.
- Starting an acrylic service: the 8 oz Acrylic Liquid, the Dehydrator, the Super Bond Primer, one clear and one or two cover shades. A kit is the quickest way to get the pink, white and nude trio.
- High acrylic volume: step up to the 32 oz liquid and keep the cover shades you use daily in stock.
- French and ombre sets: pair a cover pink with Luxe White or Super White, or take Kit 4 for the ombre pairing.
- Nail art and accents: the 0.5 oz pigment jars give small amounts of many colours for encapsulation and 3D work without buying full jars.
- Both services under one brand: the dehydrator and primer work under gel, acrylic and dip, so one prep pair covers the whole menu.

How to apply V Beauty Pure gel polish
- Prep: push back the cuticle, shape, lightly buff the surface, then cleanse and dehydrate the nail.
- Base: apply a thin layer of V Beauty Pure Base Coat and cure it, 30 to 60 seconds under LED or 90 to 120 seconds under UV.
- Colour: apply one thin coat and cap the free edge, then cure. Add a second thin coat only if the shade needs it for full opacity, and cure again.
- Top: seal with the Non Wipe Gel Top Coat or the matte top and cure. The no-wipe tops cure without a sticky layer, so there is nothing to clean off.
- Finish: a drop of cuticle oil to hydrate the skin around the nail.
Pro tip: the creamy gel texture blends well on a palette, so two shades can be mixed into a custom colour for ombre, line work or layered designs before you apply them.
How to build a V Beauty Pure acrylic set
- Clean and dehydrate: cleanse the nail, then apply the Nail Prep Dehydrator to lift oil and moisture from the plate.
- Prime: follow with the Super Bond Primer, which leaves a tacky surface for the acrylic to grip. Both bottles air-dry, no lamp.
- Pick up a bead: pour a little Acrylic Liquid into a clean dappen dish, dip the brush in the liquid, then into the powder. Aim for a medium liquid-to-powder ratio.
- Place and sculpt: set the bead on the nail and shape it, keeping product off the cuticle and capping the free edge.
- Let it set, then finish: the acrylic sets in the air through the reaction between liquid and powder. File, buff and seal with a top coat.
Fixing set time and lifting
- Acrylic sets too fast: the room is warm or the bead is too dry. Use a little more liquid and work in smaller beads.
- Acrylic sets too slow or runs: the room is cool or the brush is carrying too much liquid. Wipe the brush and pick up a drier bead.
- Lifting: usually prep. Clean and buff the plate properly, dehydrate and prime, keep product away from the cuticle and cap the free edge.
- Gel lifting: check that the base coat was fully cured before the colour went on, and that no product touched the cuticle.
- Yellowing: pair the powders with the EMA liquid, keep brushes clean and seal with a top coat.
V Beauty Pure gel shades by season
The gel range is also sorted by season, which helps when you refresh a colour display. V Beauty Pure fall gel colors gathers the shades DTK tags for autumn bookings, V Beauty Pure winter gel colors covers the cold months and the holidays, and V Beauty Pure summer gel colors covers warm-weather bookings. Many shades carry more than one season tag, so a colour can appear in two of these groups. On the acrylic side, the powders span nudes, pinks and whites through blues, greens, golds and silvers, which lets one brand cover both cover work and colour accents.
Wear, removal and storage
- Gel wear: with the matching base and top and correct prep, V Beauty Pure gel lasts 2 to 3 weeks without chipping or dulling.
- Gel removal: file the surface to break the top coat seal, soak in acetone or use foil wraps for 10 to 15 minutes, push off the softened gel gently and finish with cuticle oil. Never force cured gel off the nail.
- Liquid storage: keep the Acrylic Liquid tightly sealed in a cool, dark place away from sunlight and heat, which can thicken or discolour it over time.
- Powder storage: close jars after each service so the powder stays dry and free of dust.
Every gel listing shows the shade number, so reorders are simple: keep a note of the numbers your clients book most and restock by number.
