The page lists DND DC acrylic and dip powder jars in 1.6 oz, with DC numbers such as DC005 Neon Pink, DC042 Red Cherry, DC082 Shell Pink and DC306 Bittersweet. Each jar is a separate listing with its own stock, and many shades sell through, so check the listing before you plan a set around one colour.
DND DC sells its own Dipping Essentials as four numbered bottles: #1 Bonder, #2 Base Gel, #3 Activator and #4 Top Gel. Using the liquids made for the powder gives the most predictable result. Follow the label of each bottle for the order and the number of coats, and check each bottle's listing for stock.
The DC jars are listed as acrylic and dip powder. For acrylic, mix the powder with a liquid monomer into a bead and shape it with a brush; it sets in the air. For dip, use the liquid system above. Follow the label of the jar you buy, and test on a practice tip if you are new to the powder.
Prep and dehydrate the nail, apply the bonder, then brush on base and dip the nail into the powder or pour powder over it, tapping off the excess. Repeat for the coverage you want, apply the activator, shape and buff, then finish with the top. Apply thin layers, brush off loose powder between dips and keep the base off the skin.
Keep jars closed, dry and away from heat and sunlight. Wipe the thread before closing so the lid seals, and keep liquid and dust out of the powder. Many techs pour powder into a separate dish for each client rather than dipping into the main jar, which keeps the jar clean for the next service. Label each dish with the shade number so the right powder goes back into the right jar.
