Each Kiara Sky 3 in 1 listing carries a shade number and a DGL code, for example 606 Silhouette DGL606. The number is the Kiara Sky shade number, so you can use it to find the same colour in other Kiara Sky formats on DTK. Search the number when a client asks for a shade she already wears.
The listings are sold under one shade code each. Open the listing and read the product details before ordering, because that is where the exact contents and sizes are shown. Screens show colour differently, so compare the shade against a swatch or a past set before you plan a full service around it. Note the code on the client's record so the next booking can be matched in seconds.
The Kiara Sky dip system uses Bond, Base, Seal Protect and Top, finished with Nourish Oil. Use liquids from one system together, follow the order printed on the bottles and keep each bottle capped between clients. Stock of each liquid changes from week to week, so check the individual listings before you plan a dip menu around them.
For acrylic work, Kiara Sky recommends its EMA liquid monomer, which is MMA-free, low odour and works with any acrylic powder. Pick up a small bead with a size 10 to 20 brush, place it near the free edge and press it into shape, then file once it has set. Keep the work area ventilated while you use monomer.
Only the Kiara Sky Gel Pro line carries the HEMA-free claim. The 3 in 1 listings and the classic Kiara Sky gel are not sold as HEMA-free, so do not describe them that way to a client. For a client who needs a HEMA-free gel service, choose Gel Pro or another confirmed HEMA-free line and suggest a patch test first.
