LINE ART GELS
Line Art Gels (also called liner gels or art gels) are thick-consistency pigmented gels formulated for precise line painting, hair-stroke patterns, geometric designs, and fine detail nail art. Unlike standard gel polish which self-levels and bleeds, line art gel holds the line shape on application for crisp continuous strokes.
The right consistency is critical — your gel should be smooth and fluid like ink, not watery. Too watery: lines bleed and lose definition. Too thick: the brush drags and the line breaks. High-quality line art gels are highly pigmented so you get full color in a single stroke, which means less product on the brush and more control over the line.
Pair with an ultra-fine liner brush — long, tapered bristles for continuous lines. Pro technique: turn the finger toward you and pull the brush along the nail rather than pushing it away. This gives better visibility and steadier line control. Keep a dedicated brush for line art only; clean immediately after use with isopropyl alcohol to keep the bristles aligned.
