FAQ

How is C08 different from C01 Jelly?

Both translucent but TECHNIQUE differs: C01 = standalone jelly (sheer wash directly over Base Gel). C08 = explicit LAYERING-OVER-BASE-COLOR (apply opaque color first, then C08 glass overlay for sophisticated layered designs).

How do I achieve the 'glass nail' look with C08-01?

Apply Base Gel + cure. Apply 1-2 thin coats opaque base color (e.g., Super White or Black) - cure each. Apply 1-2 thin coats C08-01 glass overlay - cure each. Finish with No-Wipe Top Coat. The opaque base shows through the translucent glass overlay creating layered depth.

HEMA-Free?

No - standard Lavis gel polish. Pair with Lavis Builder Gel BIB HEMA Free as base for HEMA-sensitive clients.

Can I use C08 standalone (no base color)?

Yes - apply 1-2 thin coats directly over Base Gel for sheer wash finish (similar to C01 jelly aesthetic). 2-3 coats give more vibrant translucent color. C08 is buildable.
